[Othello]: Free samples are available, new clients are expected to pay for the courier cost,this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

[Othello]: Yes, we can accept small order for a trial.

1) Q: What’s your main product? Which kinds of products are more

    competitive in your product range?

A: Our main products are steel flanges, pipe fittings and steel pipes.

Competitive Items: flanges in stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel

and punching carbon steel

2) Q: Are you trader or factory?

A: We are both . As a trader,  we have our own flange and fitting   factory.

We could provide the original MTC for our clients’ needs.

3) Q: How many is your MOQ? What’s your payment term?

A: Generally speaking, we don’t have MOQ. Our price depends on the

specific quantity. (The larger the quantity is, the better price will be.)   

  our common payment term is TT or L/C at sight, we could also discuss   it accordingly.

4) Q: what’s your largest size of flange and fitting? How long is the

production cycle?

A: The largest flange we could produce is 80’’ and the largest fitting  is 50’’.

In general, we spend 20-25 days in a 20-ton order. If necessary, we  could make it shorter.

5) Q: Could you produce according to the drawings?

A: Sure. We could produce according to the provided drawings, which

include forged and casted items.

6) Q: Could you provide samples?

A: Sure. We could send you free samples, while the freight will be paid by

the clients. Any needs, contact us freely.

7) Q: What kind of certificates do you have?

A: We have ISO, TUV, API,SGS,BV etc.

8) Q: If I have place an order, how do I track the process of the order?

A: Firstly, we surely will finish the production according to the appointed time in the order,Secondly, You could visit our website, the process of each order will be tracked in the “NEWS”.
